We strive to provide our customers with quality parts and service. Our parts stand up to the same demands as OEM, yet at a fraction of the cost. Parts will wear, however, but with our parts, you can afford to keep critical spares on the shelf, thus reducing down time when parts do wear. For sacrificial parts, we maintain an inventory so you don't have to; many of these are available to ship same day. For high volume usage of sacrificial parts, we can schedule our production with your TPM schedule. You maintain higher production and greater quality when your machines are running well, not when you are waiting four to six weeks on parts from the OEM.

Parts Catalogs
All of our printed catalogs are also available for download on our Products page. These are intended to provide a sampling of our available parts and are by no means exhaustive. Please refer to your parts manual for part numbers as we recognize part numbers from Hacoba, Cezoma, Forthmann, Horst Kind, Leesona, and Focus. Warp Creels and custom parts are not included in our catalogs.
Custom Design
We have helped many of our customers develop and manufacture parts especially for their facility. These parts are sold exclusively to that customer, and the parts, plans, and design are held in strict confidentiality. We would be happy to look at your design plans. Design Prototypes will be quoted prior to production.
International Shipping
We are able to ship most countries with no problem, depending on carrier and destination. We use primarily UPS and DHL for international shipping, but are willing to work with you if you have your own preferred carrier and account.
Globally Conscious
Waste is a bad thing, so reduction of waste is a target in our continuous improvement efforts.
- We Reuse even the simplest of materials, such as the back side of printed paper for inter-office messages, postings, and scratch pads; once they've been used, paper becomes shredded for packing material.
- When we Reduce waste in materials, we keep cost down and help conserve natural resources.
- We Recycle our metal shavings, plastic chips and drink bottles, and all paper products; this not only reduces land-fill space, it allows otherwise discarded materials to be reused for other purposes.
